Buggles is a small collecting game. Open crates, gather buggles, earn glowberries. Glowberries are an in-game currency with no real-world cash value and no redemption path back to money. Buggles, cosmetics and every other in-game item have no cash value either. Selling, buying or trading them for real money outside the game is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.

You need an account to play. You need to be 13 or older. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13, we'll close it and delete what we hold. Be respectful to other players. Don't abuse the system, automate it, or try to exploit bugs for an unfair advantage. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may remove content or restrict accounts for spam, harassment or abuse.

You can request account deletion from your profile. What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Some optional purchases are available to support the project. They are for digital items only, have no real-world cash value, and can't be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money. Payments are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, so we never see or store your card details. What's offered and the prices may change at any time. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. Buying anything is always optional and never required to play. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's OK before making any purchase.

Buggles is a hobby project, served as is. We try to keep the site up and your collection safe but we don't promise uptime, data preservation, or that the economy will stay balanced exactly as it is today.

Buggles is updated regularly with bug fixes and new features, and the game you play today won't be identical to the one you play in six months. Patch notes, known issues and everything coming next go to our Discord first, so join it if you want to keep up or tell us about a bug.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing here takes away any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
